Jakub Woynarowski (born 1982) is a graduate of and lecturer at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków; an interdisciplinary artist, independent curator, illustrator and designer; a creator of graphic novels, artbooks, video and animation. Woynarowski carries out projects on the boundaries of visual theory and practice. He created the artistic concept of the exhibition in the Polish Pavilion at the 14th International Architecture Biennale in Venice (2014). His awards include a Passport from Polityka magazine in 2015 in the category of visual arts. Woynarowski has presented his work at venues including Fondazione Memmo in Rome, Kunsthal Extra City in Antwerp, MeetFactory in Prague and the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw
