The Museum website, translated into English, Russian and German, is an example of how an interesting online experience can be built around a single object. In this case, these are Józef Mehoffer’s works from the Museum of Turek and the town’s parish church.
The design and interior of the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Turek was digitised using laser scanning. The data thus obtained was used to create a 3D model of the church along with its furnishings, documentation, and a panorama of its three altarpieces and vault. Users may also take a virtual tour of the space created through panoramic photographs.
