The Educational Team of the Wawel Royal Castle is able to engage visitors in a conversation, encouraging them to ask questions about the history of the most famous Polish heritage site. The blog is an effective tool for both individual visitors curious to deepen their knowledge and for organisers of group visits for participants of different age and expertise levels.
For each temporary exhibition, the Educational Team prepares activities, meetings, scavenger hunts, workshops and lectures inspired by the presented works of art. Information about all such actions is published on the blog and accompanied by various educational materials – worksheets, archive source texts and illustrations – that foster a creative approach to learning history..
The blog also enables us the museum’s activity during its pandemic-related closure, making it not unlike a vlog!
